The 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit Homepage
The 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, based at Camp Lejeune, N.C., is a Marine Air-Ground Task Force made up of four elements: Battalion Landing Team 1/8, the ground combat element made up of infantry, light armored vehicles, artillery and amphibious assault vehicles; Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron-264, a composite helicopter squadron forming the aviation combat element; MEU Service Support Group-26, a combat service support element that provides logistical support; and command element.
